The SERENA project has ended! The final review meeting took place online on 27th January 2022, where the consortium met with the European Commission and the review team to provide an overview of all the work packages, analyze the main achievements, the challenges during the project, and receive feedback to the performed work. During the project execution the team faced several challenges, mainly caused by Covid-19. Close labs, travel restrictions, etc. led to several delays and issues that had to be overcome by the project team. In the end, the project was finished well, most of the goals were achieved with positive results of good quality from simulations to measurements and all deliverables were accepted. SERENA has delivered exceptional results with significant immediate or potential impact. Within the SERENA project new devices, signal processing techniques, models, and integration methodologies were developed and tested. The outputs of project are relevant in different domains as in packaging, thermal modelling, MMW, RF, circuit design, circuit fabrication, system integration, system miniaturization.
